Hot map mousewheel

Hi everyone! After updating to reaper 5 I'm not able to remap mousewheel. I would like to remap mouse wheel to scroll up and dawn view, but in the action list scroll up and scroll down are separate action I cannot map them properly to mousewheel (I can just map one of them to mousewheel, but it doesn't work properly: if I map mousewheel to scroll up for example both mousewheel up and down make view scroll up...). Any idea?

Open Actions list with Actions > Show Action List Search for "View: Scroll vertically (MIDI CC relative/mousewheel)"
